HISTORY
In 1994, as the owners and executives of Econo-Malls (www.econo-malls.com) began to offer more and more services on behalf of its joint venture partners, RDH was established as a separate entity focusing on third party real estate services. Each of the executives has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. From its head office in Montreal and satellite offices in Gander (NL) and Sydney (NS), RDH is capable of efficiently managing and administering properties in remote areas throughout the country.

RDH has proven itself as a successful turnaround specialist capable of taking on the management of property which is either in poor condition, distressed, or generating net operating income (N0I) far below its maximum potential. RDH first adjusts the tenant mix and seeks out and leases to the highest paying tenants, then skims the administrative fat and optimizes the NOI, then finally re-finances or sells based on the increased NOI. In the last 5 years alone, RDH has “fixed and sold” more than 1.5 million square feet, substantially increasing value for its clients.
RDH currently manages approximately 2.5 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial property. RDH prides itself on managing with the heart and motivation of a family-based business while offering a professional team and corporate structure to generate the best results for its client.
