In each of these cases, RDH acted as property manager responsible for the leasing, adjustment of the tenant mix, administration of the property, optimization of its net operating income, preparation and marketing for sale, and ultimately assisting in or orchestrating directly the successful sale of these and numerous other properties.
RDH is currently under contract for the property management and leasing at Complexe Cousineau in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, a 354,000 square foot neighbourhood shopping centre. This is a mixed use property comprising major government and banking office tenants and approximately 40 retail tenants, including Métro Plus supermarket, Jean Coutu pharmacy, S.A.Q., SuperClub Videotron, and other regional and local tenants. RDH is currently in the process of stabilising this property following a period of extensive litigation between the lender and the owner as well as focusing on expanding and renovating the supermarket, pharmacy and videotron as well as renovating this property, the whole so as to prepare the property for possible sale or refinancing in 2008 and 2009.
